Yes. We are honored to send you our free sample for our customers to test quality.According to our company rule,you need pay the freight fee then send samples via DHL.

Q2: Can you make a custom mold to produce the glassware according to my own drawing?

Sure, custom service is one of our main strengths, our experienced design team and production engineer can also provide you with professional advice on your design drawing before mold making.   

Q3.Is it possible for you to custom my own logo on the glassware?

 Custom personalized logo is welcomed, we can custom the logo using different craft, such as decal, silk screen printing, acid etching, sand blasting, glassware with customed logo is a good tool to upscale your business brand when they are used by customers in daily life.

Q4.Do you offer labeling services?

Yes, we offer label producing and applying services, as well as in-mold labeling, screen printing, label printing and application services

Q5.What is the normal lead time?

For sample order we have mold, it will take 1 week. For bulk order, normally, it need 30 days, it is based on your quantity.

Q6.How do you control the glass jar and cap quality?

We will do pre-production sample before mass production.We have the processional QC dept make the 3 times tests before making bulk production.And we will also select and examin the quality of bottles one by one before packaging.

Q7.What we need to do if there is some damage to the cargo?

 Any quality problem about our glass jar please contact us within 20 days after you get the goods.
b.Take photos firstly and send the photos to us for confirmation.When we confirm the problem, we will send you replacement in the next order.

Q8. How about the shipping?

For sample order, it would sent by express company like DHL,UPS ect. We have good cooperation with them and if you have express collected account, you will no need to pay us.

For bulk order, it would send by sea,we have our own forwarder with rich experience in US and can arrange door to door service , sure , you can use you own forwarder.
